Your wall-printing questions.
-
It places a digital design directly onto a suitable wall using specialist printing equipment. YWPC works on custom murals, branding and artwork for commercial, residential and trade projects.
-
Suitability depends on the surface, its condition and the working space. Send a straight-on wall photo, a wider access view and a close-up of the finish. Tell us about damp, flaking paint, loose coatings or recent decorating. An initial photo review is not final approval to print.
-
Yes. Share the best-quality original file you have, along with the intended size. We review artwork requirements before proceeding. You must own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it; finding an image online does not establish those rights.
-
We can discuss the direction and agreed artwork preparation. Basic visualisation is normally part of the quotation process. Substantial illustration, manipulation or redesign is chargeable and agreed in advance. See our pricing information.
-
A mock-up helps show the design and position, but is not an exact printed-colour guarantee. The wall, lighting and screen display can affect how colours appear. We discuss relevant requirements before artwork approval.
-
Residential projects start from £250 and commercial projects from £350. Every wall is quoted individually. Trade projects are quoted against the brief. Our Pricing page explains what affects the cost.
-
Timing depends on the size and complexity of the print, preparation, access and setup. We confirm an estimate for your project and agree an installation date separately. Tell us about deadlines when you enquire.
-
Our focus is Yorkshire and surrounding service areas. Send your installation postcode so we can confirm availability, travel arrangements and any associated cost.
-
Please ask before planning around a particular surface or exposure. We assess requests individually and only confirm capabilities once the relevant technical checks have been completed.
-
Our concept images show design possibilities, not completed YWPC installations. Actual project photography will be identified separately. A concept image does not confirm that every pictured surface or detail is suitable for printing.
-
We review your information, discuss the brief and request anything needed to assess the wall and prepare a quotation. Read How It Works for the full process.
