Send clear photographs, approximate width and height, and your installation postcode. Tell us what you have in mind and share any artwork or inspiration you have permission to use.

2. Explore the possibilities

We discuss your brief, the wall surface and access. Photographs support an initial assessment; suitability and any preparation are confirmed separately before booking.

3. Review your quotation

Your quotation sets out the agreed scope and costs. Artwork requirements, wall preparation, access and scheduling are considered for your specific project.

4. Approve the artwork

We prepare the agreed artwork for your approval before printing. Check the design, wording, layout and dimensions carefully. Artwork changes or additional design work may affect the quotation.

5. Prepare for installation

We agree the installation arrangements with you. The wall must be ready as specified, and the working area accessible. Printing proceeds only when the agreed checks and preparations are complete.

6. Review the finished wall

We review the result with you and discuss any project-specific care guidance. Timing and technical requirements are confirmed individually rather than promised from a photograph alone.
